It happens every day... we get phone calls from a customer who says " the fence charger is putting out energy, but when I hook it to my fence there is no power" "is there something wrong with my electric fence controller, energizer, energizer, fence charger, zapper??" The answer is NO!!!!!
You have either shorts or faults in your fence, OR you have a poor grounding / earthing system.....
